Urban planning / If a topic concerns FEIM it is the urban development. Given this concern, we will give priority to the approval of Subsidiary Regulations that offset the economic development, moderate growth and the appearance of the people. Therefore, we will seek the maximum consensus of all citizens and political forces. In addition, we propose:

• Update, through consensus, the Normes Subsidiàries (urbanistic regulations affecting the village).

• Recover the village’s architectonic and archaeological heritage.

• Claim the utilization of the plots in front of the cemetery.

• Foster the construction of council housing.

• Optimize the cemetery’s space and plan for additional burial places.

• Transfer the urbanistic competences in rural areas to the Agència de Defensa del Territory (regional body).
